WHAT WE DO


WOTSO started as a serviced office business and now provides flexible workspaces ranging from private/group offices to open plan, collaborative coworking, meeting rooms and event areas. If we don't have a space that works for you, we can create one! Don’t forget to ask us about special packages for corporate teams or short-term project work.

We have multiple locations across Australia and beyond, where everyone from startups to established businesses, working parents and freelancers can come and find a work environment that works for them. High speed, fibre Wi-Fi is included as standard and our doors are always open: 24/7, 365 days a year.

HOW IT WORKS


TERMS

No long term contracts – just simple month-to-month memberships. You can have a 24/7 WorkSpace, a place to meet clients and hold training sessions, send your team or a department to the space for work on an intense project or simply gather with colleagues in an interesting and convenient space. Commit for the day as a casual in coworking, or join by the month in our workspaces or serviced offices.

SERVICES

We have a full concierge service with reception and admin support available, virtual offices along with professional advice through our accounting, legal and business consulting partners.

  • "WOTSO has been a perfect match for Polka Dot Marketing. We are a digital marketing agency based on the Gold Coast with a mix of International clients through to small business start-ups. As a relatively new business, we were looking for a space to work from which was cost effective, however still projected the professionalism and level of expertise we wanted for our business in the space we were bringing our clients to. WOTSO is exactly that. Clients are always impressed with the space and having access to meeting rooms, both small and large makes a big difference. We are not wasting time on these things as it’s all looked after for us, meaning we can concentrate on growing our business.   • "I found working at home quite lonely and at times lacked the discipline to turn off the tv. By comparison, WOTSO has provided me with a space in a like-minded community where i can really focus on my business. The other members are great as a resource for bouncing ideas off, so you feel less like you are working alone. It's a great space to bring clients for meetings; everyone is always really impressed with the space and it's wonderful not having to worry about, 'is there tea, coffee etc' for client meetings. I have had offices in the past where i had to sign a 3 year lease, but with WOTSO it's just a month to month commitment and its great value for the money.
    The end of month BBQs are really good fun... the other members are respectful and Camille [the WorkSpace manager] is a dream... there's even a sound proof room for those private telephone conversations. Moving into WOTSO has been the best thing i have done… and the lolly jar is always full!
