WOTSO North Strathfield – we get to know the team at Techforce!

Located at WOTSO North Strathfield is Salesforce consulting company, Techforce. For those that aren’t yet acquainted with Salesforce, the tool is a cloud based CRM software used to manage everything (and anything) from marketing to sales to service interaction. However, knowing how to maximise your Salesforce outputs is a whole other ball game – this is where Techforce and their team of experts come in. Need more convincing on the expertise of our WOTSO North Strathfield members? Just ask fellow WOTSO tenant, Good Neighbour – an International NGO using Salesforce across 43 countries. Good Neighbour are receiving pro bono Salesforce implementation services from Techforce. Now, that is some serious neighbourly cross-collaboration!

We took 5 with Techforce’s Salesforce Architect, Vamsi Krishna & Digital Marketing Manager, Gaurav Bhandari to get the intel on what their day to day looks like (and why their clients need them), but also what it is they love about their growing office at WOTSO North Strathfield:

In a snapshot, can you tell us about Techforce Services?

Techforce Services is a Sydney based Salesforce Consulting company. We are a group of experienced and Certified Salesforce Professionals with multi-functional, multi-industry experience. We help medium to large business use Salesforce to meet their business goals in an efficient manner. Our services include end to end project implementation, solution designing and custom development.

 What has been a key driver to the success of Techforce Services?

Our biggest strength is our team. The team of 15+ (and growing!) has worked in different industries and technologies. We are able to harness this expertise to solve problems for our clients, which range from tactical to the highly complicated ones. Our team is constantly learning and looking at ways to keep providing the best solutions to our clients. We do this by participating in training programs, getting certifications and attending professional workshops.  

What has been the biggest learning since starting the business? And what advice would you give to a start-up, or a small business looking to grow?

What we have learned and would want to pass on to other business is: Keep Things Simple. This is our mantra that we follow in every aspect of our work.

Businesses are complex and the environment we work in is complex. The best way to serve your customers and have an engaged team in these situations is by keeping things simple.

How have you seen your business be successfully fostered by being located in WOTSO’s coworking environment?

We were one of the first businesses to move into the North Strathfield location. That time we were just two people and today our business has grown to more than 15 people (including those at client locations). We wanted to offer those joining our team a balance of independence and community. At WOTSO, we were able to get that to great effect. With all the admin responsibilities taken care of so seamlessly, we were able to focus on growing our business and taking care of our customers.

What does 2019 look like for your business?

2019 is looking to be an exciting year for us. We have already started working on some new projects and are looking to expand out client base and grow our team.
